This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the studio behind Icarus Ajax Casino Game and governs the copy of the App you install from the App Store.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except where the law says we cannot stop you.
Coins, skins, boosts and progress are licensed, not sold, exist only inside the App, and may be reset by you (Settings → Reset All Progress) or lost if the App is deleted.
The App may update automatically. Updates may change balance, content or features of the game.
This license ends if you breach it or when you delete the App. Sections 2, 3, 6 survive termination.
Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.
