What we keep, what we never see.

Icarus Ajax Casino Game ("the App") is built to know as little about you as possible. This policy explains what the App touches, what it never touches, and your choices.
The App has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks and no server of ours receiving gameplay. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, identifiers or usage profiles through the App.
Your coins, levels, skins, quest progress, records and settings are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the App deletes this data. We cannot recover it because we never had it.
If you attach an image to a support message, the App asks for the system permission first. Images you attach are used solely for that message. The App never scans your library.
When you contact us (in-app or through this site), we receive what you send — your email address and message — and use it only to reply. We do not add you to lists or share your message with anyone.
The App contains no real-money gambling, no purchases and no ads, and is rated accordingly. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, children included — see section 1.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged inside the App.
