QUESTIONS FROM THE LEDGE

Everything pilots ask before they jump.

Is this real gambling?
No. There is no real-money anything. Coins are play currency earned by flying, quests, chests and milestones. They cannot be bought and have no cash value.
How does a flight work?
Press and hold to fly, drag to steer. Storm hearts, harpies and sun-mines drift through the flight path — touch one and the flight ends, along with the coins you staked. Reach the next island and the level's payout multiplier lands with you.
Is the sky random?
Each level is generated from a seed, so level 12 is the same gauntlet for every player, every time. Skill decides the outcome — the only randomness is where the road-builder placed the obstacles, and it placed them once for everyone.
What happens when I die?
Your stake goes to the sea — but a tenth of it drips into the ash jar in the Vault, which you can salvage once it fills. The death card tells you exactly what got you and how far you made it.
What are boosts?
Head Start skips the first 15%% of the road, Tailwind flies 12%% faster, Cool Breeze thins the storms, Second Life shrugs off one hit. They are consumables bought with earned coins in the Wings tab.
What are wing skins?
Cosmetic wings — Waxwing, Bronze Pinion, Raven Molt, Phoenix Down and Gilded Icarus. Each one is fully animated in flight, not just a portrait. The Gilded pair costs 40,000 coins; start saving.
Can I replay old levels?
Yes — open the Sky Road from the ledge and tap any cleared island to fly it again for its payout. Only clearing your frontier level advances the road.
Is my progress synced?
Progress lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes the sky you built, so think like Daedalus: carefully.
How often do quests change?
Daily trials roll at midnight UTC, weekly labors every 7 days, and the monthly odyssey on the first of each month. Clearing a full board pays a bonus on top.
