These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Icarus Ajax Casino Game mobile application and this website. By using either, you agree to them.
Icarus Ajax Casino Game is a single-player arcade game. All in-game currency ("coins") is virtual, earned exclusively through play, has no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or redeemed.
The App offers no real-money wagering, no prizes of monetary value and no ability to cash out. Staking coins on a flight is a game mechanic, not a bet.
You agree not to reverse engineer, exploit, or misrepresent the App; not to use it where prohibited; and not to abuse support channels. We may restrict access for abuse.
Messages and images you send to support remain yours; you grant us the right to use them to help you.
All art, names, music, code and design in the App and on this site belong to the studio or its licensors. The Icarus myth belongs to everyone; our paintings of it do not.
The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the App — which is zero.
We may update the App, these Terms, or retire the service. Updated Terms take effect when posted here.
